Delete App Account

Want to close your Thirsk Garden Centre account? If you do so, you'll also lose the benefits of a Loyalty Card. And if you have vouchers or points or you don’t have the Thirsk Garden Centre app, you’ll need to contact us first.

Otherwise follow these steps in the app:

Step 1: Log into the app

Step 2: Go to the Account icon

Step 3: Select the Details tab at the top

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Permanently Delete Account'

Step 5: Enter your App Password and tap delete.

Your Customer record is immediately permanently deleted.

Steps to delete account if you have already deleted or don't have the app.

with your customer/card number and advise us you would like your account to be deleted
