Your personal information is in safe hands and will not be shared with third parties. We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, VISA, Maestro and PayPal. We do not presently accept American Express.
We use Paymentsense and PayPal to handle our online payments, and we do not store your payment account information.

Click & Collect
Collect from our Garden Centre in Thirsk when convenient. Please select a date and time on checkout, or provide a telephone number or email address for us to contact you.

Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday via their respective courier. Please provide a mobile phone number and email address for the courier to send you tracking information, and to get in touch if an issue arises.
Delivery within the YO7 postcode district is available for some items. The cost of delivery is a flat fee, and is set per distance of your postcode from our Garden Centre. If you would like deliver to an area outside this, or you are having difficulties, please call us to arrange a delivery. Please note, local delivery is presently only available Monday to Friday.

Return & Refunds Policy
Thanks for shopping at Thirsk Garden Centre. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
For a return outside of this period, or for damaged or defective items, please contact us directly.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policy.
If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage up to the full value of the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item is deemed as faulty.
